John selected the Basic Burger ($7.75), made from hormone-free ground chuck, on a soft roll with tomato, lettuce and, according to the menu, caramelized onions. They were far from being caramelized, rather being barely softened. In spite of it, they were still tasty. The burger was cooked to just slightly pink, and had good beefy flavor.
Design, graphics and packaging. When making certain drinks, the finest bartenders mash or muddle fruits, herbs or spices in the bottom of glasses to release their flavors fully. Vietnamese hardwood from the fast growing Longan fruit trees is hand carved and smoothed into shape. A special packaging and graphic was created and executed for distribution at Anthropologie.
